Regulations governing pre-school services are formulated, monitored and implemented by the Child Welfare and Policy Unit of the Office of the Minister for Children.

Any queries on inspections of childcare facilities should be made directly to the Pre-School Offices of the Health Service Executive on 044 - 93 36 070
